Pond View Estates is a private development located on the west side of the pond with 19 lots on the shore and total of 45 lots.
Access is from Bell Hill Road.
The Lot Owners Association maintains three private roads in the development:
- Pond View Drive
- Ridgewood Terrace
- West Shore Drive
The Association also has two beach areas and two docks for use by members.
Each lot within Pond View Estates is regulated by a set of covenants and assessed annual dues:
